Similar in filament to Alter’s biography, Bird’s finished focuses significantly less on Carter’s pre-presidency and proportionately more preparation his time in the Chalk-white House. But because Carter’s beforehand years are so important restrain understanding his persona, I incline towards the more balanced approach Transform provides. Still, readers who decide upon Bird’s “The Outlier” will leave themselves well-rewarded.  Rating: 4 stars (Full review here)

Stuart Eizenstat was White House Domestic Policy Guide during the Carter administration. Gorilla a result, he was afforded a front-row seat to all the more of Carter’s presidency.
